Terms of Service
Overview
This website is operated by Spokane 3D Printing. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Spokane 3D Printing.
By visiting our website or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products and 3D Printing
Our products are produced using additive manufacturing, commonly known as 3D printing. Because of the nature of this process, minor layer lines, small surface variations, seams, or slight differences in color may be present. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, filament batches, and material availability.
Some original designs may be developed with the assistance of digital design and AI tools as part of an iterative creative process that includes concept development, modeling, modification, print preparation, testing, and physical production by Spokane 3D Printing.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including dimensions, materials, colors, and features.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, production limitations, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Many products are made to order. Production and shipping estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by equipment problems, material availability, order volume, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information, or other inaccuracies on the website.
Custom and Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any names, wording, colors, photos, designs, or other information they provide for customized products.
Custom and personalized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Product Use, Age Appropriateness, and Safety
Our products include decorative items, collectibles, accessories, articulated figures, toys, and other 3D-printed items, as described in each individual product listing.
The purchaser is responsible for selecting products that are appropriate for the intended user's age, abilities, and level of supervision. Parents and guardians should use their own judgment when determining whether a product is suitable for a child.
Some products may contain small parts, magnets, articulated joints, pointed decorative features, or other components that may present a choking or injury hazard if misused, broken, or given to an inappropriate age group.
3D-printed items are made layer by layer and, like many manufactured products, may eventually wear, crack, or break, particularly if subjected to rough handling, excessive force, repeated impacts, chewing, bending beyond their intended range of motion, or other misuse.
If a product becomes cracked, broken, or damaged, continued use may create sharp edges, small pieces, or other hazards. Damaged products should be inspected and, when appropriate, repaired, discarded, or removed from use.
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately, providing suitable supervision when necessary, and following any age recommendations, warnings, care instructions, or other guidance included in the individual product listing.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including original photographs, text, branding, logos, and original designs created by Spokane 3D Printing, may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
Some products may be produced under commercial licenses from independent designers. Rights to those underlying designs remain with their respective creators.
Refunds and Problems With Orders
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us so we have an opportunity to review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other service providers. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Spokane 3D Printing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of a product or use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction, except where otherwise required by law.
