Refund policy
Because many of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you experience another problem with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
Depending on the situation, solutions may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable resolution.
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and include photos of the item and packaging when relevant. This helps us understand what happened and resolve the issue quickly.
Customized or personalized items cannot generally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that normal variations associated with 3D printing, including minor layer lines, small surface variations, or slight differences in color, are part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
